Administrative Operations Coordinator

Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, staff and travel for the live sporting events.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic sports organization dedicated to creating extraordinary events and sports experiences for global audiences.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Event Operations and Marketing and will be responsible for supporting the general administration of the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team's CEO on administrative tasks and diary management
- Producing clear and concise travel schedules for the team at events and site visits
- Creating clear meeting documents following site visits, team calls and distributing to necessary persons
- Managing multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
- Onsite at events, supporting event operations and player logistics
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills with high attention to details, strong IT skills including confident use of Microsoft office suite, ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally, willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked and ability to multi-task. Please note that this role requires frequent travel to multiple countries and lengthy periods away from home.
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience. Benefits include opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic sports organization.
