Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As an essential member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR-related activities. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring new starters are onboarded correctly, managing contractual changes, and providing employment references for former employees.

Specific Duties:

  • Coordinate new starter onboarding, verifying necessary documentation and updating HR records.\
  • Execute contractual changes, adhering to company policies and guidelines.\
  • Manage temporary workforce, tracking starters, renewals, and leavers, and maintaining accurate records.\
  • Verify employment details and provide employment references for former employees.\
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR activity reports for payroll processing.\
  • Respond to inquiries and guide colleagues on company policies and processes through the central inbox/ticketing system.\
  • Update HR Information Systems (HRIS) with accurate and consistent data.\
  • Complete online mandatory training modules, demonstrating dedication to ongoing learning and development.\
  • Additional duties may include prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.\
  • Estimated annual salary: $45,000.\
