About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at SUPR Group, a leading food and beverage company based in North London. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a skilled professional to coordinate employee experiences and ensure a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of employee experience, including handling contract management administration, supporting change management within transformation processes, maintaining and updating HR systems, administering and managing the rota planning system, monitoring HR inboxes and ticketing system, overseeing the administration of company benefits, working closely with the operations team to identify recruitment needs, collaborating on special projects within the HR department, enhancing and refining operational HR processes, and conducting investigations and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee the administration of starters and leavers for payroll and pensions, along with other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract management administration
  2. Change management within transformation processes
  3. Maintaining and updating HR systems
  4. Rota planning system administration
  5. HR inbox and ticketing system monitoring
  6. Company benefit administration
  7. Recruitment needs identification with operations team
  8. Special project collaboration within HR department
  9. Operational HR process refinement and enhancement
  10. Investigations and disciplinary actions
  11. Starters and leavers administration for payroll and pensions

About You:

The successful candidate will have very good knowledge of HR information systems and employment regulations, relevant professional experience in the field (3 years minimum), a keen interest in learning HR systems and processes, and good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel).
