Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Broadcast Recruit Ltd. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Event Operations and Marketing, ensuring the smooth execution of events and day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting event operation tasks, including booking accommodation, staff, and travel for live sporting events;
- Assisting with general administration, such as diary management, producing clear and concise travel schedules, and managing multiple requests and priorities;
- Working closely with the CEO to administer tasks and manage their diary;
- Producing clear meeting documents following site visits and team calls;
- Managing multiple requests and priorities while exercising judgment and anticipating changing needs;
- Onsite at events, supporting event operations and player logistics.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
