About the Role

\

The Operations and Administration Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team at SS&C Technologies. This includes tasks such as new starter onboarding, contractual changes, and employee reference checks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Tasks:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.\
  • Process contractual changes, including transfers, promotions, and work pattern adjustments, adhering to company policies and procedures.\
  • Manage temporary workforce, including starters, renewals, and leavers, maintaining accurate records and reports.\
  • Provide employment references for former employees, verifying details and responding promptly to requests.\
  • Compile monthly HR activity reports for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\
  • Maintain the central inbox/ticketing system, responding to inquiries and guiding colleagues on company policies and processes.\
  • Update HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.\
  • Participate in online mandatory training modules, demonstrating commitment to professional development.\
  • Ongoing duties include prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with colleagues.\
  • Approximate salary $45,000 per year, reviewed regularly.\
