Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support across a range of HR related activities, including new joiner onboarding, processing contractual changes, managing temporary workforce, employment references, HR/payroll activity reporting, central inbox/ticket management, and compliance with online mandatory training modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels, and the ability to work on own initiative when required. Good knowledge of MS Office applications and previous experience in an administrative/support role is also desirable.
