Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our busy team. This is a 360-degree role involving prospecting, conversion, sales, orders, promotions, and customer service. The main purpose is to manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and seizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business development opportunities to grow market share within specific vertical markets
  • Provide strategic account management to ensure smooth and profitable operation of accounts
  • Meet with prospects either personally or virtually, with one day in the office
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
  • B2B or B2C account management or BDM experience, ideally at a high level
  • Commercial intelligence with demonstrable P&L understanding
  • Able to demonstrate strong new business sales achievement
  • Comfortable selling and managing £1m plus customer accounts
  • Excellent presentation skills with a good understanding of technology
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure win-win situations
  • Proactive sales experience with evidence of self-generating leads
What We Offer

Salary: £40-60k DOE plus monthly and annual bonuses
