About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecosystem Manager to join our team at Barclays, where you will play a key role in identifying high growth businesses to attract to our propositions and banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and entrepreneurs, to identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high growth businesses.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes and follow-up actions.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and partnership development.
- Strong understanding of the high growth business sector, including industry trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
