Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our busy team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, while identifying and seizing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and conversion of new business opportunities
  • Sales and order management
  • Promotions and customer service
  • Strategic account management to ensure smooth and profitable operation of our accounts
Requirements:
  • B2B or B2C account management or BDM experience, ideally at a high level
  • Commercial intelligence with demonstrable P&L understanding
  • Able to demonstrate strong new business sales achievement
  • Comfortable selling and managing £1m plus customer accounts
  • Excellent presentation skills with a good understanding of technology
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure win/win situations are achieved
  • Proactive sales experience with evidence of self-generating leads

  • Salary: £40-60k DOE plus monthly and annual bonuses
