Job Description

Austin Fraser is working with a South Bristol based client, supporting the hire of an HR Coordinator to join a small, high-achieving HR team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience in recruitment, HR administration, and payroll services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-end of talent acquisition, working closely with staff at all levels across the schools. They will drive innovative recruitment campaigns, explore new advertising strategies, and maintain our strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead Recruitment Process: Advertise roles, facilitate interviews, and complete recruitment checks in accordance with DfE guidelines.

Innovate Recruitment Campaigns: Leverage social media and various advertising channels to attract top talent.

Administer New Hires: Ensure adherence to policies, data protection laws, and execute DBS checks.

Flexible Support: Offer assistance to payroll operations and other HR-related activities as required.

Counsel Managers: Provide guidance on organisational policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Maintain HR Database: Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of all HR and recruitment-related data.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

This role requires effective communication, self-motivation, social media proficiency, prior HR experience, and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies.
