Job Description

We are seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment processes, new starter onboarding, and HR administration for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the school's recruitment projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and updating relevant systems and files.

About the Role
  • Recruitment Co-ordination: Manage the school's recruitment processes, including obtaining necessary information before, during, and after the recruitment project.
  • New Starter Onboarding: Ensure new starters are compliant with Single Central Register requirements and Risk Assessments are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and the school's policies.
  • HR Administration: Perform administrative routines for new starters, leavers, and changes to employment terms and conditions or personal information, updating iSAMS and HR files accordingly.
  • Communications: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to HR, monitoring the HR inbox and directing incoming emails to the Director of HR and HR Advisor as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly and supportively with others.
  • Previous experience of working in HR and education would be an advantage but is not essential.
