Job Title: Guest Experience Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Guest Experience Director to lead and grow our events team at MLS Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, communication, and guidance to a team of events staff delivering Guest Experience elements of each event in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of events staff in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
  • Provide guidance and support to deliver the contracted portfolio of events and support business expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Guest Experience for our clients and their guests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Travel internationally and work in different cultures to support event delivery.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Guest Experience elements such as hospitality, F&B, fan experience, accommodation, transportation, VIP programs, guest management platforms, and communications/CRM.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in event management, team leadership, and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale international events.
  • Expertise in Guest Experience elements, including hospitality, F&B, fan experience, accommodation, transportation, VIP programs, guest management platforms, and communications/CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and work in different cultures.
  • Experience working on high-profile sports events, either as a sports agency or rights holder.
