Job Summary:

54, a leading sports and entertainment agency, is seeking a highly experienced Guest Experience Director to lead our events team in the EMEA & Americas region. As a key member of our Events division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across various events, including LIV Golf, the Aramco Team Series, and E1 Series.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of events staff in the EMEA & Americas region, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Event Experience Strategy: Develop and implement event experience strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Logistics and Operations: Oversee the procurement and management of event logistics, including hospitality, F&B, and experiential elements.
  • Guest Management: Manage guest journeys, including CRM, invitations, registration, and communications.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Team Development: Provide training and upskilling opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
