About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Guest Experience to join our team at Belmond. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all aspects of our luxury train operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
