Children Support Assistant

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team at Staffpower Healthcare. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people in residential settings, bespoke, unique and home settings.
As a support worker, you will work alongside local authorities to support children and young people in the Northumberland, Durham, and Hartlepool areas. You will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to ensure the well-being of each child or young person in your care.
The estimated salary for this role is £12-£15 per hour. This competitive hourly rate reflects the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care and support to children and young people
- Working with local authorities to develop personalized care plans
- Supporting children and young people with daily living activities, education, and social development
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
