Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an outstanding SEN school.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with additional needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with additional needs, particularly those with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of individual education plans, providing targeted support and interventions, and supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
