  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take on the role of Registered Manager for our established children's home in Monument View, Sunderland. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable young people.

  As an inspirational leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to children in our care, working closely with a well-established team to provide a safe and nurturing environment. You will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, creativity, and passion in all aspects of care provision.

  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex care provisions, with a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable children. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

  This is an exempt post from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and therefore, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. We also require that applicants be over 21 years old to comply with the Children's Homes Regulations.

  Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
