Job Description:
  • Assist in the implementation of IEPs tailored to students with SEND
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to deliver targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt lesson materials and ensure inclusivity
  • Use creative strategies to engage and challenge students

Key Responsibilities: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Implementing IEPs and adapting lesson materials to meet diverse learning styles and abilities
  2. Providing individualized support to students with SEND
  3. Collaborating with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure inclusivity and consistency
  4. Using creative strategies to engage and challenge students
