Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs, abilities, and learning goals.
- Assess students' progress regularly, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles, abilities, and disabilities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, therapists, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide pastoral care and help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Stay updated with the latest SEN practices, attend professional development sessions, and implement new strategies for improved teaching outcomes.
- Advocate for students' needs within the school system, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and support.
- Maintain clear communication with parents or caregivers, updating them on student progress and involving them in the education process.
- Proven track record of strong teaching
