Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our team at Covent Garden Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and personalized service to guests, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to manage reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when handling guest information and special requests.
  • Utilize knowledge of hotel rooms, facilities, and services to recommend rates and packages confidently.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and a warm, welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
