About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Lead to join our team at Rapport. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including room assignments, key card distributions, and amenities requests.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary Estimate: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on a 40-hour workweek and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
