Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in EYFS and KS1 with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment tailored to the individual needs of each pupil. The successful candidate will have experience working in SEN schools or supporting children with additional needs in an EYFS or KS1 setting.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, including ASD.
  • Knowledge of SEN-specific strategies, including visual aids, sensory interventions, and communication tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
