Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Assistant to join our partner school in Lewisham. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people with Autism, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized support to students with Autism, helping them develop essential life skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
- Assist students with emotional dysregulation and provide a safe, supportive environment.
- A First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University.
- Prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity.
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- A competitive salary of £520 per week (inclusive of holiday pay).
