Job Title: SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate to join our team as an SEN Support Worker in Brent. The ideal candidate will have previous or relevant experience working with vulnerable children who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role:
The successful applicant will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes social and emotional growth among students.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with ALN/SEND in a classroom setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a comprehensive support system
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with children with ALN/SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
