Educational Support Worker for Students with Disabilities

We are seeking a talented and compassionate educational support worker to join our dedicated team at an SEN school in the London Borough of Southwark. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and has a proven track record of making a positive impact on their educational and personal development.
Job Description:- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and other developmental and learning disabilities.
- Work closely with individual students or small groups, following tailored education plans and providing one-on-one support as needed to facilitate learning and skill-building.
- Help implement behavior management strategies, offering emotional and social support to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
