SEN Support Worker

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Support Worker to provide vital support to students with special educational needs in schools across Barnet.
The successful candidate will work directly with children, helping them thrive in a supportive environment. The role involves working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm, with a competitive daily rate of £100-£110 per day (PAYE).
About the Role:
- Assist teachers and other staff members in creating inclusive learning environments
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective behavioral strategies
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
