Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Reception and Year 3 classes. The ideal candidate will enable SEN students to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life, working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with SEN in a supportive and creative environment.
  • Enabling SEN students to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement IEPs.

Requirements include previous experience as a teaching assistant, a strong commitment to supporting students with SEN, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A competitive daily rate of £85-£115 is offered along with ongoing training and development opportunities.
