Holiday Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Holiday Sales Manager to lead our team at Love Holidays. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the holiday sales team, focusing on increasing sales revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, working closely with the sales team and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Competitive salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
