About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will provide tailored support to individuals across the UK, helping them to navigate their mental health journey. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them to identify and achieve their goals
* Develop and maintain comprehensive support plans, working closely with individuals and their families to ensure that their needs are met
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide a range of services, including crisis intervention, advocacy, and community outreach
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
* Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

* A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
* A diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
* At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
