We are seeking an ambitious and caring individual to fill the role of Youth Justice and Mental Health Specialist at Academics Ltd. Based in Stevenage, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in psychology, criminology, or social justice to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

As a Youth Justice and Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each child.

We require a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about youth justice, mental health, and social justice. You will need to have a solid understanding of the range of different types of learning and behavioral needs, including SEMH elements of the provision.

We pay a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,500 per annum (£460 - £500 per week) and a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience, as well as a strong interest in mental health and Autism.
