About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to deliver exceptional care and make a significant difference in the lives of our service users and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality written reports based on comprehensive nursing assessments and observations.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance knowledge and promote excellence in nursing practice.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete, maintained, and updated collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines in accordance with established healthcare procedures and guidelines.

Requirements
