About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to regain control of their lives and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health, ideally in an outreach setting. However, we welcome applications from candidates without previous experience as full training is given.

We are a dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional services that make a real difference to people's lives. Our team is comprised of experienced practitioners who are committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 33 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 35 days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of service users.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to service users, promoting independence, resilience, and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our community.
