As a Recovery Services Coordinator at Turning Point, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance to manage their mental health. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive support plans, which may include providing one-to-one support, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will work closely with individuals and their families to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the highest quality care and support.

About the Role

As a Recovery Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to individuals who require assistance to manage their mental health. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive support plans, which may include providing one-to-one support, collaborating with other agencies, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain comprehensive support plans for individuals with mental health needs
* Provide one-to-one support to individuals, helping them to identify and achieve their goals
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide a range of services, including crisis intervention, advocacy, and community outreach
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
* Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
* At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
