Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Property Manager to join our team at Randstad Delivery. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a property portfolio in and around the West London area, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer support and value for money.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties in accordance with regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  2. Client Relations: Deal with client enquiries, both via phone and email, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  3. Site Visits: Attend client meetings and regular site visits to ensure buildings remain clean, safe, and pleasant for residents.
  4. Contractor Management: Oversee contractors' performance and address any maintenance issues that may arise.
  5. Budgeting: Prepare and monitor budgets for buildings, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
  6. Building Administration: Oversee building administration, including compliance and ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  7. Team Support: Work with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe, and pleasant for residents, and support management with training and developing junior staff members.

Requirements:

  1. Property Experience: Keen to build a career in Property and have a strong understanding of property management principles.
  2. Customer Focus: Customer-focused and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  3. Organizational Skills: Organized and good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Keen to Learn: Keen to learn, develop, and progress a career in Property Management.
  5. Driver: Driver or car owner, with parking and mileage expenses paid.
