Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including landlords and tenants, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Repair Coordination: Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and that clients are kept informed of progress.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure that they are being maintained to a high standard and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out.
- CRM Management: Use a CRM system to manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and that clients are kept informed of progress.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure that all necessary legislative requirements are met, including the serving of section 21 notices where applicable.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lettings team to ensure that properties are up to standard prior to move-in and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in property management, preferably in an estate agency setting.
- Qualifications: ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Personal Qualities: Professional and well-presented, with a strong customer service focus.
