Marketing and Business Growth Manager

Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled Marketing and Business Growth Manager to join our team in Ashford/Tenterden. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct, engage, and motivate the marketing and business development team by establishing clear goals and expectations.
- Implement a robust marketing strategy that incorporates various channels, including events, hospitality, and social media.
- Oversee the agency's sales pipeline, ensuring optimal conversion rates and an exceptional customer experience.
- Create a targeted marketing strategy aligned with the agency's objectives, meeting financial targets and business goals.
- Monitor and manage the marketing plan, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and measurable impact.
Requirements:
- A marketing degree or equivalent experience in a diverse marketing environment, preferably in a regulated field like financial services.
- Proven leadership experience, showcasing strong interpersonal and development skills.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with print advertising, event planning, and digital marketing strategies.
