Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Director.

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Social Media: Create and execute social media plans to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, based on your level of experience. The position is located in South Kent.
