We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our busy reception and assisting with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the correct team members, providing information and assistance where needed.
- Assist the Admin department with time-sensitive tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform health and safety checks as required.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and ensure meeting spaces are set up with required equipment and materials.
- Process invoices and expenses on behalf of the Admin team, liaising with the finance department when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
