Receptionist - Frontline Desk Support

About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Reception Desks, providing excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. They will also be responsible for managing the Hospital Reception Desk, operating between the hours of 0800-2000, with flexibility required to cover annual leave and sickness.
Requirements
We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who has experience of working in a customer-focused environment or similar role. The ideal candidate will have GCSE English & Maths and accurate keyboard skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Reception Role or similar. Full training will be provided.
