Driving Consultant Job Role

Salary £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Objectives

  • To drive business growth through proactive sales strategies and relationship-building with clients.
  • To work closely with the senior recruiting team to achieve business targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • To maintain a strong social media presence and engage with relevant industry networks.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, conducting regular checks on worker files and maintaining accurate records.
  • To develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as manage driver attrition and recruitment costs.
  • To coordinate the after-hours night service, ensuring seamless branch operations and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • To contribute to tender/bid submissions relevant to your branch, working collaboratively with the team to deliver successful outcomes.
  • To register drivers, verifying their application forms and documentation, and ensuring they meet company standards.
