Lead Veterinarian Role

As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our practice, working closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement strategies that drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the vet team, mentoring and coaching junior veterinarians, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will also be responsible for optimising clinical services, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication between teams.
We offer a competitive salary of around £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 5 weeks' holiday, RCVS & VDS fees paid, external CPD funded, and a comprehensive wellness program.
