At our client's nursery in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a senior member of staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our children and inspiring their curiosity and creativity. If you have a passion for Early Years education and a desire to make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in childcare, holding a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. A proven track record of success in senior roles within Early Years settings is essential, as is the ability to bring creativity and energy to leading a dynamic team and promoting best practice in childcare.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating closely with the Senior Team to drive excellence in childcare practice
• Jointly overseeing the day-to-day management of your room and team, fostering a warm and caring environment
• Promoting best practice through exemplary leadership and a child-led approach, ensuring observations and planning meet individual needs
• Supporting and promoting safeguarding, child protection, equality, and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £12.70 - 13.50 per hour, commensurate with your experience.
