We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our client's team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of practitioners and shape the educational journey of children aged [insert age range]. The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare, holding a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. A proven track record of success in senior roles within Early Years settings is essential. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and energy to leading a dynamic team and promoting best practice in childcare.

As part of our client's team, you will be responsible for:
• Liaising closely with the Senior Team to drive excellence in childcare practice
• Jointly overseeing the day-to-day management of your room and team, fostering a warm and caring environment
• Promoting best practice through exemplary leadership and a child-led approach, ensuring observations and planning meet individual needs
• Supporting and promoting safeguarding, child protection, equality, and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice
