Lead Pharmacist Role

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Leader, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective SACT and PN clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of clinical pharmacy services for SACT and PN on site and through homecare.
- Make a significant contribution to the delivery of corporate, divisional, and departmental operational and strategic priorities.
- Actively report site service delivery into the departmental senior management meetings.
- Leadership/management qualification relevant to the NHS or equivalent management qualification/experience.
- Registered non-medical prescriber.
The salary for this role is approximately £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include enhanced hourly rates for unsociable hours, opportunities for career development and training, and access to our in-house physiotherapy service.
