Haematology Oncology Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Service Lead to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacy Service Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering safe, high-quality Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and PN clinical services that meet key pharmacy service and national benchmark standards for patient care.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in hospital pharmacy services with advanced clinical skills in SACT, as well as experience in both clinical and financial management. A postgraduate qualification relevant to hospital pharmacy practice is also required. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) with weekend and bank holiday working as part of a department-wide rota.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver SACT and PN clinical services
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop pharmacy services
- Contribute to corporate and divisional priorities
- MPharm or equivalent degree
- Registered Pharmacist (GPhC)
- Postgraduate qualification in hospital pharmacy
- Experience in hospital pharmacy with SACT skills
- Experience in clinical and financial management
