Outpatient and Chemotherapy Booker

The post holder will be responsible in the delivery of an efficient and effective service within the Haematology & Oncology Outpatient Department, Day Unit (Chemotherapy) Reception and Radiotherapy Reception. Liaising with patients and visitors to the Outpatient Department and Day Unit by using ARIA/Chemo Care to book patient’s treatments and follow up outpatient appointments by using Careflow (PAS). Collate data via ARIA/Chemo Care and Careflow maintaining the databases. To participate fully as a member of the team, liaising with members of the public and hospital staff in all areas and adopting a flexible approach. The post holder will also provide administrative assistance.
