Cromwell Vets offers a high standard of veterinary care and compassion to pet owners.

A Clinical Night Nursing Manager role involves managing complex medical and surgical patients, consulting with veterinarians, and supporting the patient journey.

The role includes clinical duties and protected non-clinical time for team development and senior leadership. You will work with a Group Nursing Manager and another CNM to line manage a team of Lead Nurses.

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days. Weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing night shifts and ensuring continuity of care
  • Collaborating with veterinarians to provide high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes

**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
