Job DescriptionA Sales Designer at Schmidt is responsible for bringing customers' dreams to life by working closely with them to create ultra-customisable interiors. This involves discussing their ideas and dreams, delivering project presentations, taking measurements at their homes, and guiding them to the right products.
The role requires owning each project from A-Z, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting consultations with customers to understand their design preferences
- Presenting design concepts and quotations to clients
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
