The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving the company’s growth. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and introduce them to our solutions around Microsoft licensing. As part of a small but growing team, you will work both independently and collaboratively to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and qualify leads
  • Prepare proposals and manage client relationships to ensure timely payments
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM, tracking pipeline development and conversion rates
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve sales strategies


Desire Skills & Competencies (not essential):


  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and licensing models is a plus (full training provided)
  • Excellent communication and English writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment
