Sales Growth Specialist

Penmann Climatic Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will represent us to established and prospective clients, designing bespoke solutions that align with our strategy, vision, and values.
This role requires a technically proficient professional who excels in understanding client needs, designing innovative solutions, and fostering strong commercial relationships. Key responsibilities include delivering sales and growth targets within an allocated geographical region, attending client sites to promote our business and develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements, designing bespoke solutions by combining client needs with available products and services, preparing and presenting sales proposals to customers, actively following up on leads and submitted proposals to finalise contracts, and working collaboratively with the Business Development Team to generate new business and develop existing accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC or similar technical products, competent in the use of CRM software, a strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies, experience in developing sustained client relations, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts, and Service Account Management experience (desirable).
We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits and an annual bonus potential, 25 days of Annual Leave (in addition to bank holidays), and a collaborative work environment that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
